Privacy policy

This policy should be reviewed by legal counsel before going live, in particular in light of Ivorian Law No. 2013-450 on personal data protection and the formalities required by ARTCI.

Data collected

• Through the contact form: name, company, position, email, phone, country, subject and message.
• Through the Business Pulse 360° form: name, company, position, email, phone, country, industry, company size and main challenge.
• Internal audience measurement: pages viewed, referring website, device type and language, anonymously and without cookies. No IP address is stored: an encrypted identifier, renewed daily, is only used to count visitors. This data is deleted after 25 months.
• Google Analytics, if enabled: only if you consent through the cookie banner.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to respond to your request, arrange a diagnostic or meeting if relevant, and follow up on our relationship. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on each form. Anonymous internal audience measurement is based on our legitimate interest in understanding site traffic. Google Analytics, if enabled, is based on your consent through the cookie banner.

Recipients

Data is intended only for Pivotis Africa teams. It is stored on our website and passes through our hosting and email providers, acting as processors. It is never sold or transferred.

Retention period

Contact data is kept for no more than three years from our last exchange.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, object to and delete your data. To exercise these rights, email us at office@pivotisafrica.com. You may also contact the competent data protection authority.

Cookies

This website uses no advertising cookies. An audience measurement cookie is only set after your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page (shown when audience measurement is active). Your language choice is stored locally in your browser.

Security

Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Forms are protected against automated submissions.
